Registration Information

Before You Register

Please ensure that:

• You understand that the registration fee includes a $25 non-refundable fee and that you have your credit card ready.
• Your player is a current member of U.S. Lacrosse (through December 2012) and you’ve got her membership number handy.  U.S. Lacrosse membership is required.
• You check the registration boundary (especially if you’re new to BE LAX). If you’re registering for the 7/8 Bellevue Christian Vikings team, you are in the right place.
• You’ve read and understand the Concussion Awareness and Code of Conduct policies.
• To register online and pay with a debit or credit card, click the Register Now button. You can also register through U. S. Mail (read instructions below.)

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes a $25 non-refundable administration fee. The registration fee is used to pay for field space and umpires. Uniforms are provided, but must be returned after the season. Each player will receive a BE LAX t-shirt to keep. Players can participate in a bulk purchase of team shorts, which must be paid for separately at a later time as the season draws near.

Scholarships are Available

Register by U. S. Mail

You can register by U. S. Mail and pay with a check.

To register by U. S. Mail:

1. Purchase or renew a U. S. Lacrosse membership for the player.
2. Print and complete the 2012 Registration form.
3. Print and complete the 2012 Clearance & Emergency form.
4. Write a check for the registration fee. Registration fees for each team are listed above.
